We are happy to travel and share in your special day!
The travel fee for each event will be quoted on an individual basis. Below are some general guidelines and rates that the studio considers when determining domestic travel.
• A vehicle travel fee is charged when we use ground transportation and roundtrip travel from our location exceeds 50 miles. In that case, clients will be charged for travel fees based on the roundtrip mileage or travel time (whichever is greater) as described in the following chart.
• Expenses and travel fees for events that require more than 200 miles roundtrip travel are determined based on the specific requirements for that event. An estimate of such fees will be provided prior to client booking.
50 to 100 miles -or- 1 to 2 travel hours
100 to 150 miles -or- 2 to 3 travel hours
150 to 200 miles -or- 3 to 4 travel Hours
200 + miles -or- 4+ travel hours
Additional charges may apply for tolls and parking fees.
• If an event requires that our photographer(s) depart from home location before 7:00 a.m., or if it would require an estimated return arrival time to home location after midnight, then overnight lodging either before or after the event may be required.
• If air transportation is required, photographers are not responsible for fees or taxes related to travel. Travel fees will include: roundtrip, direct airfare for two (photographer + assistant), car rental (+ parking fees, if any), and two-three nights accommodation in, or in close proximity to the event. Overnight accommodations are essential for the night before the event and the night of the event. This will assure that if any unforeseen circumstances arise our photographers can still perform at their best.
